The second topic in our webinar series provides an overview of the comorbid anxiety disorders common in individuals with ASD and discusses why this population may be particularly vulnerable to comorbid symptoms of anxiety. Objectives of the presentation also include learning about techniques and strategies to manage and prevent anxiety symptoms. The webinar also aims to provide viewers with ideas about how they might adapt cognitive behavioral strategies in treatment with individuals with ASD and anxiety.
